The Emeraldas Peak RV squid jigs are the most meticulously designed and technologically advanced squid jig ever introduced by Daiwa. The core philosophy behind their design is perfect balance, both in casting and in action underwater.

Daiwa thoroughly studied the center of gravity, the shape, and the mass distribution of each individual part of the squid jig, so that the Emeraldas Peak RV remains stable in the air and offers easy, long, and accurate casts. The new body combined with the redesigned sinker provides ideal aerodynamic resistance, maintaining the lure's balance throughout its flight.

One of the biggest advantages of the Peak series is that both the Peak and the Peak RV (with rattling ball) have the same weight, despite the presence of the rattling ball. This allows anglers to use them in exactly the same way, without changes in rhythm, sinking, or technique.
