The Daiwa BG MQ 6000 DH ARK (BG MQ 2020 generation) is a powerful, heavy-duty saltwater reel, specifically designed to withstand the most extreme conditions and the strongest catches. The integration of the aluminum Monocoque (MQ) one-piece body completely eliminates the need for screws and covers, allowing Daiwa to shield the interior with a 100% waterproof gear system. The special ARK (Aluminum Round Knob) edition features a powerful, one-piece aluminum handle (Monobloc) with an ergonomic spherical grip, offering superior leverage during the fight.

Thanks to the Monocoque architecture, the internal space of the body has been maximized, allowing for the placement of oversized Tough Digigear gears. This translates into incredible pulling power and increased lifespan of mechanical parts under extreme loads. To eliminate any vulnerable points for moisture ingress, the reel is designed without an external anti-reverse switch (Infinite Anti-Reverse). The ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) braking system with Carbon discs delivers 12 kg of pure, linear power, preventing initial jerks that can cost a big fish.
