PRACTICAL TIP
For tricky saddled seabream, try a steady retrieve with intermittent sharp pauses (stop & go). As the lure slowly sinks during the pause, its wobbling action continues to work, often provoking a strike. If you're targeting horse mackerel, increase the retrieval speed and add continuous, small twitches with your rod tip to mimic a frightened fry.
